Account Management

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after signing in on a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.2 Account Verification

hee55 may carry out an account verification process at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. This process may involve requesting a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. hee55 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into hee55: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and various scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 through any method.

• Deposits must be made only from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Each payment method may have its own processing time.
• Deposited funds will be added to your account only after successful verification.
• Transactions made with incorrect information may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from hee55 is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same payment methods used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) must be used for withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• We ask that you use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used when making your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be put on hold pending investigation.
• Withdrawal funds will always be sent to the account with the same name from which the deposit originated.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on hee55 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus portion only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only — the same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• Each bonus may have an expiry date; if the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• hee55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and suspend an account if any bonus is used fraudulently.
• hee55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• hee55's decision on bonus terms is final.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues
